Sports Reporter

Adams MultiMedia is seeking a Reporter to join The Carroll News, a dynamic, community-focused weekly newspaper serving Carroll County.

This position offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in informing and engaging the community. Responsibilities include reporting on local news with an emphasis on sports coverage, writing clear and compelling news and feature stories, photographing community events, and sharing content through our website and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about journalism and community storytelling. Preference will be given to applicants with prior newspaper reporting experience or experience working in a professional publication, as well as those with a degree in journalism or a related field. This is an excellent opportunity for a journalist looking to make a difference at the local level.
