A company is looking for an Escrow Oversight Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and maintain relationships with external tax, insurance, and flood vendors
Validate and reconcile disbursements for tax and insurance vendors
Provide legal documentation to tax vendors for parcel verification and prepare reports on pending service release loans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage banking or financial industry experience required
Previous experience with mortgage loan servicing and originating systems preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Teams, & Outlook)
Ability to troubleshoot basic escrow issues and make impactful decisions
