Experience Center Supervisor

Summary:

Young Living isseekinga high-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven Supervisor to lead the Will Call team within the Experience Center. This positionis responsible fordaily operations, order processing, inventory management, and team coordination. The ideal candidatedemonstratesstrong leadership capabilities, has a background in customer service and sales, and excels in dynamic, team-oriented environments with frequent public interaction.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and direct day-to-day tasks of the Experience Center team.
• Oversee the opening and closing of the Will Call office.
• Ensureaccurateprocessing and confirmation of Will Call and employee orders.
• Support order fulfillment and ensure Member Request Forms (MRFs) are completed.
• Manage product inventory: place daily orders, conduct cycle counts, and manage expiring product.
• Stay current on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assistin handling customer returns and provide backup support in the employee store.
• Resolve member issues quickly,maintaininghigh service standards.
• Respond to member phone inquiries andprovide assistanceas needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Steel, SKAVA, JDE, Tableau, PowerApps.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping systems (e.g., BSI).
• Ability to lead projects and drive team performance.
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced or changing environments.
• Capable ofunderstanding and following verbal and written instructions.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct team oversight.
• A combination of education and relevant experience may meet the requirements.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience with inventory systems, PowerApps, and customer-facing platforms.
• Prior work in retail management orlogisticsoperations.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others in a team environment.

This job doeshave supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This joboperatesin a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with anhourlunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.

Exact hour requirements can bereasonably modifiedas necessary for the business needs by theemployeesmanager.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employeeis required totype, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
