Payments Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing our global payment infrastructure and supporting seamless online checkout experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the eCommerce payments ecosystem, with hands-on experience managing Payment Service Provider (PSP) relationships such as PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PSP Relationships : Act as the primary liaison between the company and our PSPs. Monitor service levels, performance metrics, escalations, and contract compliance.
• Checkout Optimization : Collaborate with internal eCommerce engineering and product teams to enhance the checkout flow, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & Reporting : Conduct regular analysis of payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for cost savings or conversion improvements.
• Project Support : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on new payment method implementations, geographical expansion, and other strategic initiatives.
• Risk & Compliance : Assist in ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other relevant regulations; support internal audits and risk assessments related to payments.
