Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering to lead their engineering team and oversee IT architecture development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term architecture software strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage internal stakeholders and evaluate staff performance for professional development

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee the development of various operational plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

4+ years of data engineering / IT / Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in management

2+ years leading small to mid-size projects using Project Management methodologies

2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and database management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
