South Central PA (York, Gettysburg, Carlisle, Chambersburg).

We are currently seeking Licensed Psychologists(Ph.D or Psy.D) to work in long term adult care facilities to provide consultation and psychotherapy services to patients.

Clinical Psychologist license in MD, VA, DC or PA is required. Early career psychologists are welcome.

Must be available to work during core business hours, Monday through Friday, but scheduling is flexible.

Full-time = 30 hours week

If the psychologist sees 30-ish patients a week (easy to do since they're all in facilities right down the hall from one another), they are likely looking at around $125k annually.

Productivity pay model with the standard hourly rate at $60.00, prorated for therapy sessions at 60, 50, 40, and 25 minutes. Full time is 30 hours per week, and the psychologists only need to submit their billing sheets to the office with their notes, then they get paid for that session whether or not the insurance rejects it.
