Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse at LifeSpring Community Health in Chattanooga, TN. The Nurse will provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications, assisting pediatricians and nurse practitioners, and monitoring patient outcomes. The Nurse will also educate families on preventative care, support care coordination, and collaborate closely with community health workers on targeted interventions. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, assisting with clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for families from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in administering treatments, medications, and monitoring pediatric patient outcomes.
• Experience in family education, preventative care, and care coordination.
• Strong collaboration skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams and community health workers.
• Knowledge of cultural competence and ability to support diverse patient populations.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Tennessee or eligibility for TN licensure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in pediatrics or community health is strongly preferred.
