Occupational Therapist Per-Diem

Pay: $52.66/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Recommend and fabricate adaptive devices
• Perform home evaluations and caregiver training
• Maintain clinical records and participate in team meetings
• Support discharge planning and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in PA
• 6–12 months experience in adult/geriatric rehab preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
