A company is looking for a Client Operations Associate for a remote position on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Interface directly with clients to manage inquiries and feedback regarding products and services

Analyze client activity and identify trends to enhance operational efficiencies

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support business needs and improve client experience

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in a fast-paced fintech startup environment

Customer-facing experience preferred

Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems preferred

Ability to identify trends in data and make decisions based on analyses

Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and SQL is a plus
