Job Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineer provides mechanical and industrial engineering support to improve production quality process capability equipment reliability and overall manufacturing productivity. This role develops implements and sustains manufacturing processes for all product lines while driving continuous improvement across safety quality delivery and cost.

Essential Functions :

• Design develop and industrialize manufacturing processes tooling fixtures and equipment for brazing metallization and ceramic / metal material behavior
• Analyze product flows to reduce cycle time scrap rework and variation; implement corrective and preventive actions using data-driven methods.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve manufacturing issues optimize throughput and maintain high operational readiness of production equipment.
• Perform root-cause analysis using engineering principles and statistical tools to solve problems effectively and sustainably.
• Create and maintain process documentation (traveler instructions specifications control plans PFMEA SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
• Partner with engineering production supervisors quality inspectors planners and technicians to achieve daily production objectives.
• Lead or support new product introductions by developing initial process flows prototype builds and production-scale manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate vendor engagement related to tooling equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety ergonomics equipment uptime and cost efficiency.

The compensation range for this position (Manufacturing Engineer) is $74200 - $129000 depending on experience higher level This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.
