Job Description

This on-site internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a high-profile brand conference bringing together managers from across the country and international markets.

Interns will work directly alongside the Unbridled team during live event execution, supporting logistics, attendee experience, and on-site operations in a fast-paced, real-world environment. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in meetings, events, hospitality, marketing, operations, or experiential production.

This role is ideal for a motivated UNLV student or recent alum eager to jump in, learn quickly and gain hands-on experience in the meetings and events industry. We’re looking for curious, high-energy self-starters who take pride in their work, show initiative, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong candidates are accountable, adaptable, and organized under pressure with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond while building a foundation for a long-term career in event planning. Top-performing interns may be considered for a paid summer internship with Unbridled following successful completion of the internship.

Must be available to work on-site at MGM Grand Las Vegas from March 20-26, 2026.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Cvent or other registration/attendee management platforms is a plus but not required
• Effective, professional communication skills, including written communication, presentations and client interaction
• High accountability and attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent problem-solving and proofreading skills
• Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, even under tight deadlines
• Comfortable switching priorities and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, live event environment
• Ability to work long hours on your feet (8-12 hours)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and support where needed
• Enthusiasm to learn, contribute and grow in the meetings and events industry

What you would be doing during the on-site Internship:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

On-Site Event & Operations Support

• Assisting with registration, attendee check-in, and guest services
• Supporting session rooms, general sessions, and breakout spaces
• Wayfinding and directional support
• Managing signage, materials, and on-site logistics

• Supporting event timelines and run-of-show execution
• Assisting with room setup coordination and meeting materials
• Supporting shipping, load-in, and load-out logistics
• Observing and assisting with audio-visual coordination

Attendee & Registration Support

• Rooming list and attendee data support
• Name badge and welcome packet preparation
• On-site troubleshooting and attendee assistance
• Helping ensure a seamless attendee experience

• Hourly: $12.00/hr
• Paid transportation from UNLV to venue
• This is a 100% in-office position
