Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and lead a regional team of Enterprise and Strategic AEs, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture
Direct the land and expand strategy to maximize account potential and ensure pipeline generation
Act as a player-coach on major deals and lead regional field events to generate demand
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales leadership within Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, or high-growth cloud platforms
Experience in scaling sales teams from early stages to predictable, high-growth engines
Technical fluency in the cloud-native ecosystem (EKS, OpenShift, Rancher)
Proven system for maintaining a pipeline-focused culture
Ability to operate at the C-level with strategic partners and global customers
