Packaging Designer

Our Client is seeking a part time Packaging Designer to join the team. This is a 12 month contract and 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate would sit onsite in Ada, MI. They are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented packaging designer to support the need for high‑quality packaging assets and fast, efficient production workflows. This role will focus on creating accurate and visually compelling product pack shots, silhouette photography, and related packaging visuals that help bring our products to life across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D design software, with the ability to produce, refine, and optimize packaging assets at speed while maintaining exceptional accuracy and brand consistency. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, the packaging designer will help work with the packaging processes and ensure packaging deliverables meet both creative and operational needs. This role requires someone who is technically strong, highly organized, and able to balance creative craftsmanship with the ability to work under varying timelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ experience in packaging design, product rendering, or similar visual production roles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong experience in 3D design software (i.e. Cinema 4D, Blender, Dimension, KeyShot). Must adhere to the usage of our client’s AI policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 – $34.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
