Business Development Manager – Facilities Management (Remote, U.S.)
Location : Company based in Dallas, TX | Role is remote with required travel
Territory : Nationwide
We’re partnering with a growing facilities-focused organization that is expanding its national footprint and looking to add a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep experience in facilities management and multi-site retail portfolios .
This role is ideal for someone who already knows the facilities world, understands how national accounts operate, and has existing relationships with large, multi-location brands.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business growth within the facilities management space, focusing on national and regional multi-site accounts
Leverage existing relationships with brands managing 50–100+ locations per region
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across retail, convenience, logistics, and commercial portfolios
Work closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Attend client meetings, industry events, and travel as needed to support business development efforts
What We’re Looking For
Proven business development or sales experience within facilities management
Existing relationships with national or large regional brands
Experience supporting or selling into portfolios of 50–100+ stores / sites
Strong understanding of facilities services, vendor management, and portfolio-level decision-making
Ability to work remotely while managing a national territory
Comfortable with travel as required
