Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), as needed, including transport, transfer, mobility, mealtime assistance, and personal care and toileting needs.

• Participate in all program transition times, including daily arrival and departure, participant transporting, meals, activity set-up and cleanup.

• Set up, distribute and clean up after lunch and morning and afternoon snacks.

• Assist in implementation of day program recreational activities with the Activities Coordinator as needed.

• Complete daily ADL flow sheets and other documentation as needed.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• MA certification, in good standing, as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide required.
• Minimum 2-5 years home health aide/C.N.A. experience preferred but not required.
• Schedule is Full-Time days (7a -3:30p) or Full-time nights (11p- 7:30a) * includes Every other weekend.
• Must be SAMM Certified

Salary Description $18-$24.91/hour
