Summary :
The Programmer Analyst will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support value-based care initiatives. This role involves building interactive dashboards and analytical tools that align with organizational goals, departmental KPIs, provider performance metrics, and payor-specific quality measures. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure data integrity, actionable insights, and strategic alignment.
Design and implement data models and analytics to support value-based care programs, while building and maintaining interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Ensure dashboards deliver accurate insights on provider performance, departmental KPIs, and organizational goals. Create visualizations that inform clinical pathways, quality improvement initiatives, and payor negotiations. Collaborate with clinical, quality, payor relations, senior leadership, and IT teams to understand data needs, and work with IT, data governance, and compliance teams to ensure secure, accurate data handling. Provide end-user support for dashboard functionality, maintain data dictionaries for consistent interpretation, and assist with troubleshooting Clinical Pathways software outages across RPCN sites. Starting annual salary is $78,126.
Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field; or
2. Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time software development experience; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time software development experience.
