As a Senior Manager, SAP Change Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and executing the change management processes that support Belden's global SAP S / 4HANA implementation. You will ensure that SAP processes and system changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and integrated, with a focus on business continuity and maximizing value. This remotely based role will report to the Director, SAP Change Management.

You will make an impact in the following ways :

Required Skills and Experience :

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
