We are looking for a Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer who will work on building highly scalable and high-performance applications. This role focuses on solving complex engineering problems where systems must handle high concurrency (many users at once), low latency (fast response times), and massive scale. The team uses a multi-language approach Java for stable backend services, Scala for heavy data processing, and Go for high-performance microservices to build reliable and efficient platforms.

You will be involved in full stack, end-to-end development, meaning you will contribute across the application lifecycle from designing and building services to supporting and improving them in production. The environment emphasizes polyglot engineering, where multiple technologies are used depending on the problem being solved.

The role also supports modernization initiatives such as digital transformation, moving applications to cloud-native architectures, and breaking down monolithic systems into microservices to improve scalability and maintainability.
