Title Marketing Representative Florida

We are a well-established Real Estate Law Office seeking a motivated and professional Marketing Representative to support our business through professional, compliant marketing and relationship-building.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and related professionals

Promote the firm’s real estate legal services in a professional and ethical manner

Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions

Maintain compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and professional rules governing attorney advertising and solicitation

Represent the firm with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications :

Prior marketing, sales, or business development experience (real estate industry experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Understanding of professional boundaries in marketing legal services

Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person meetings and events

Position Type : Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 Commission-Only Employee, depending on qualifications and agreement)
