Job Description

Must have experience with Executive Assistant office position. Providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, communications, and projects. Discretion to maximize executive productivity and ensure smooth daily operations, acting as a key liaison between leaders, staff and external stakeholders. Key duties involve diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, research, report preparation, and often taking on special projects, making them crucial for organization flow.
