Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities and decisions
Execute monthly reporting with customers to monitor satisfaction and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to support client requests and enhance website performance
Required Qualifications
BS / BA in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience
2-3 years of experience in retail automotive digital strategy or management
Understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, or related fields
Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office
