A reputable heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and on schedule. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is responsible for managing all stages of construction from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating field teams, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead construction projects to achieve or exceed scope, budget, and schedule goals.
• Manage field operations through superintendents and foremen.
• Oversee project schedules, documentation, budgets, change orders, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements, safety standards, and prevailing wage laws.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling; review financials, invoicing, and change proposals.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of project personnel.
• Promote continuous improvement by incorporating client feedback and industry best practices.
