Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide clear, friendly communication
  
• Review vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
  
• Prepare repair orders and explain services in a way customers can understand
  
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates
  
• Upsell services ethically based on customer needs
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  
• Handle phone calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  
• Keep the service area organized and professional

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service advising preferred
  
• Strong communication & customer service skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Basic automotive knowledge
  
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
  
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  
• Bilingual is a plus (but not required)
