The Marketing Data Coordinator/Sr. Coordinator is a member of Axinn's Marketing and Business Development team and supports the accuracy, consistency, and usability of the Firm's client relationship management (CRM) system. This role focuses on CRM data cleanup, standardization, and ongoing maintenance to support marketing and business development initiatives, including events, pitches, outreach, reporting, and strategic goals. The role also assists with related data and marketing operations projects as needed, such as the coordination of data for the Firm's representative experience database.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the overall quality and usability of the firm's CRM system by maintaining accurate, complete, and consistently formatted contact and company records
- Perform ongoing data hygiene activities, including identifying duplicates, resolving inconsistencies, standardizing key fields, and supporting periodic data refresh initiatives
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to promote shared ownership of CRM data quality and reinforce consistent data entry and maintenance practices
- Serve as a primary point of contact within the Marketing and Business Development team for CRM-related data questions, cleanup requests, and general support
- Assist with list-building, segmentation, and CRM-based reporting to support campaigns, events, outreach initiatives, and pitch efforts
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CRM data standards, documentation, and guidance materials to support Firmwide consistency
- Help monitor general CRM data quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance long-term data reliability
- Participate in broader CRM and marketing operations initiatives, including data imports, reconciliations, workflow enhancements, and coordination with IT or vendors as needed
- Provide additional support for related data coordination projects as needed, including assisting with experience database coordination and other Marketing and Business Development initiatives

Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, marketing data, database administration, or related roles (law firm experience a plus)
- Experience supporting data quality, cleanup, and standardization initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and high-quality work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong working relationships and provide responsive internal client service to attorneys and professional staff
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting)
- Experience with Nexl or similar CRM platforms (InterAction, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) a plus
- Self-motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Ability to leverage and integrate AI solutions in a creative and knowledgeable manner to improve workflows, data quality, and internal efficiency

Position Details
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, non-exempt level position. Final rate of pay will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, with a targeted hiring range of $35.00 $46.00 hourly (the upper range reserved for highly qualified applicants). This position is currently available in our CT and NY office location.
