What awaits you:

• Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between sales directors, logistics companies, and distributors.
• Order Management: Handle order processing and data entry.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory procurement and tracking.
• Sales Assistance: Provide internal and external sales support.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipping and logistics activities.
• Office Support: Assist with additional office tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred.
• Exposure to the medical technology industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
• Experience with Microsoft AX and/or WebOps is a plus.
• Ability to work independently within the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, with flexible availability, including occasional weekends. This is a fully in-office position.
