Terrazzo and Marble Supply Company is a 100% Employee-Owned , industry-leading business with over 75 years of success. We are one of the largest distributors of natural stone slabs, poured-in-place terrazzo, and quartz surfacing. We believe that the cornerstone of our success is due to the teamwork and dedication of our employee-owners.

We are seeking a Full-Time, Permanent Batch Maker for a Monday through Friday day shift.

Responsibilities :

  • Combine raw materials following established recipes to produce consistent and high-quality batches of products.
  • Operate and maintain mixing and measuring equipment, ensuring proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
  • Filling orders accurately and timely
  • Unloading and loading trucks
  • Organizing materials
  • Tinting epoxy resin for customer orders
  • Other Warehouse duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements :

What You Need to Get the Job Done :

  • Ability to follow complex instructions and detect small changes in product quality
  • Proficiency in basic math to accurately measure and mix ingredients according to batch tickets.
  • Team-oriented player attitude.
  • History of reliability.
  • Committed to high safety standards.
  • The capability to lift and move heavy materials, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to tell the difference between various colors.
  • Experience working with paint / tint.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but is not required.
