Grain Merchandiser

Gpac is partnered with a highly-respected a growing agribusiness in the Northeast Region that is seeking a Grain Merchandiser to manage origination, procurement, and marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage origination programs with local growers, co-ops, and elevators
• Negotiate grain purchase, forward, and basis contracts to meet supply and margin targets
• Monitor grain markets, futures, and basis trends to inform trading strategies
• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments and manage inventory positions
• Ensure grain quality standards and compliance with customer specifications
• Build and maintain relationships with producers, brokers, and key partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance teams
