Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback based on professional experience

Develop prompts for AI models that reflect real-world tasks in the hospitality field

Work independently on a flexible schedule, averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience in hotel, motel, or resort desk clerk roles

Experience with guest registration, reservations, and managing guest accounts

Ability to work asynchronously with AI labs

Familiarity with housekeeping and maintenance coordination

Experience in handling guest inquiries and complaints effectively
