This Role Will Include :

• Owning interview scheduling, candidate communications after the initial screen, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene.
• Coordinating all interview logistics, preparing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding preparation in partnership with the People Ops Partners (POPs).
• Serving as a key partner to the Recruiting Lead on all scheduling and logistical matters.
• Assisting with People Ops events such as offsites, engagement surveys, and other culture-building initiatives.
• Helping to build a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience that serves as a strategic extension of our culture.

As a fully remote team, we'll make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to make your home office a place where you can thrive. The salary range for this role will be $58,000 to $72,000 annually, DOE. We're an equal opportunity employer.
