Logistics Coordinator

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, warehouse communications, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee customs compliance data and tariff classifications

Monitor and reconcile inventory, addressing discrepancies and initiating cycle counts

Communicate with 3PL to confirm receipts and resolve shipment issues

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in 3PL, inventory management, and bonded warehouse operations

Knowledge of bonded shipment paperwork and customs compliance

Understanding of tariffs, duties, and First Sale For Export (FSFE) compliance

Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel

Strong working knowledge of ERP solutions, preferably SAP
