About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Full-Cycle Account Executive to own the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to presentation and close. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and can operate independently under pressure.
You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, running sales appointments, closing deals, and managing follow-up. This is not an order-taker role—success requires discipline, resilience, and a true closer mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound and inbound efforts
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments
- Deliver in-person or virtual sales presentations
- Prepare and present proposals and pricing
- Handle objections and negotiate contracts
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Perform consistently under pressure and tight timelines
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle or closing sales rolesProven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independentlyStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and highly accountableComfortable prospecting, following up, and closing dealsExperience in solar, home improvement, construction, or high-ticket sales preferredCompensation & Benefits
