Shift Supervisor – Country Club Food & Beverage.

Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor and play a key role in delivering outstanding service and hospitality to both members and guests at our premier country club.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate all daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, effective teamwork, and the delivery of high-quality member and guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant and bar staff on service standards, club policies, menu items, and health and safety procedures.
  • Serve as manager on duty during designated shifts, handling opening and closing procedures, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Promote above-and-beyond hospitality standards, greeting and interacting with members and guests and resolving any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Management, and culinary team to support special events, and operational excellence
  • Maintain professional appearance and set a positive example for associates and ensure associates follow established company policy
  • Must be able and may be required to perform all associates jobs
  • Complete all shift-related paperwork and administrative tasks properly and timely
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all dining, bar, and service areas, adhering strictly to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for staff motivation, customer retention, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements in alignment with club goals.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, food service, private clubs, or retail is highly preferred.
  • You must have good time management skills, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 35lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • You must have authorization to work in the US .
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a “member-first” and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale and restaurant management systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
