A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee accounting functions and provide centralized finance support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly closing process and prepare interim and year-end financial reports
Direct the preparation of reconciliations and supporting analysis for financial reports
Collaborate with senior management on financial report preparation and analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred
Five years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated leadership and technical accounting skills
Proficiency in PC-based software applications
One year in a supervisory capacity preferred
