We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Audi Hampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth in Hampton VA. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit train and evaluate sales personnel to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of Audi products and the Hampton market is a plus.
