We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant with good experience to join our team,
Responsibilities
Answer and correctly route all incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries promptly in a courteous, professional manner
Handle all shipping and receiving of mail and packages
Tracking and ordering necessary supplies
Assist Accounting with receipt tracking for credit card reconciliation, employee expense reporting, and mailing checks
Requirements
Verbal communication skills
Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
Working knowledge of basic office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
$17 to $20 per hour
