Senior Level Administrative Assistant
Pay : $22 to $24 an hour
Location : Harrison, OH
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a recognized leader in Construction Site Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced office environment.
Position Overview
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is essential for supporting managers and employees through a variety of organizational, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- General Clerical Duties : Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation : Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Records Management : Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and update records accurately.
- Visitor & Mail Management : Greet visitors and handle incoming / outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Facilities Maintenance : Monitor and update the facilities maintenance schedule.
- Event Planning : Schedule and coordinate events, luncheons, and specialized training sessions.
- Budget & Purchasing Support : Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking.
- Office Supplies : Manage inventory and reorder materials as needed.
- Special Projects : Support special projects, events, socials, and vendor lunches.
- Compliance : Maintain adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
- Health, Safety & Environment : Support the client's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Professional Development : Participate in department meetings, trainings, and functions as requested.
- Attendance : Meet job expectations, including punctuality and reliability.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in administrative or office support roles.Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot, DocuSign).Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of professionalism.Organization : Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.Problem-Solving : Effective problem-solving skills and ability to provide workable solutions.Independence : Able to work independently with minimal direction; self-reliant and persistent.Attention to Detail : Highly attentive and results-oriented .Flexibility : Must be adaptable and able to shift focus as priorities change.Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Pay Details : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
