Tea Around Town - an elegant afternoon tea experience aboard our signature pink buses - launched in New York and has rapidly expanded to major U.S. markets including Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin, and Chicago.

The brand has achieved remarkable success on social media, garnering millions of views across platforms, and has been featured by major media outlets such as The New York Times, Time Out, NBC, and Fox. Over the past decade, our company has experienced rapid growth, and we plan to continue to expand to other markets in the following years, including Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and more.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help drive the next stage of our journey.

This role’s primary focus will be Tea Around Town, while also managing the social performance of our other brands.

Note:

• Note: This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Downtown Dallas.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support conversion goals.
• Execute and maintain a social media calendar for our brands, including Tea Around Town, TopView, Event Cruises NYC, and more.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Assist in managing a robust influencer program to raise awareness, grow community, and drive engagement and revenue.
• Maintain a positive and engaging brand presence across all social media channels.
• Partner with the in-house content production team to create high-quality, on-brand social media content.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on integrated social media campaigns.

Report and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing in a professional setting, in-house experience highly preferred Proven track record of driving engagement, conversions, and ROI through social media campaigns and influencer programs Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and optimize performance Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Highly organized and detail-oriented, with superior quality standards Must be able to work full-time from our Dallas office (no hybrid or remote work) TopView Offers Comprehensive Benefits Including:
