An established, high-quality healthcare organization located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, is seeking a BC / BE Otolaryngologist to join a long-standing, respected community ENT practice. This opportunity offers a strong referral base, immediate surgical volume, excellent practice support, and a competitive compensation model with long-term earning potential.

Practice Highlights

• Well-established, community-based ENT practice providing comprehensive "bread and butter" otolaryngology, including tubes, tonsils, sinus surgery, and more.
• Robust referral network and strong primary care relationships across the region.
• Supported by an experienced team including a PA-C and audiologist.
• 4-day workweek and minimal call responsibilities with no trauma
• Up to $100k recruitment incentive
