Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Administrator   Location :

• Chicago, IL Duration : 10 years Position Overview The CAD Administrator manages and maintains the Computer-Aided-Dispatch (CAD) system. ensuring it runs efficiently, securely, and supports emergency services.
• This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software, managing databases, and trainer users.

The administrator collaborates with IT teams, public safety personnel, and vendors to enhance system functionality while ensuring accurate data for reporting and analysis.   Key Responsibilities CAD System Management :
