Colorado Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist with a Colorado Pharmacy Technician License.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively coordinate medication refills and manage pharmacy claim adjudication

Make outbound patient refill phone calls and assist with refill requests

Answer and triage inbound inquiries while clarifying prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician with claim adjudication

High school diploma or GED required

State registered as a pharmacy technician in Colorado; national certification preferred

Experience managing refills and working with clinical care teams is preferred

Commitment to obtain any additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
