Job Description

As part of our global team, you will be responsible for the specification, development, testing, delivery, and support of business solutions in the role of a Data Engineer. You will work with Kafka, databases, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL pipelines, and related technologies. You are expected to contribute to the vision and roadmap, and help build a world-class engineering culture while integrating business value and client experience within the team. This initiative is of critical importance to the success of the organization and our roadmap. We expect a successful candidate to have excellent communication skills, deliver high-quality software, and be passionate about data engineering. The role involves troubleshooting, improving existing systems, and ensuring operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

• Databricks is a must
• Industry experience working with distributed data technologies
• BS or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong software engineering experience with in-depth understanding of Python, Scala, Java, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure
• Experience building workflows (ETL pipelines)
• Experience with SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience working with databases :

NoSQL and / or Relational
