Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online.
- Searching for potential services leads.
- Booking appointments for the Sales Advisors.
- Acting as a first point of contact for our Customers.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Working with the different departments.
