About the Role: As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our community by assisting the on-site Community Manager in various aspects of property management. You will be the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and guests, making a friendly and professional demeanor essential. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and ensuring all leasing activities comply with fair housing laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
