About the Funds Availability Team

Every time our customers make a deposit, we make real-time, data-driven decisions that determine how quickly our customers can use that money. This is a business-critical space that directly impacts the lives of millions of customers. Our mission is to give our customers faster access to their money while protecting them from bad actors. The space has high visibility and sits at the intersection of customer experience, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. This highly collaborative role works closely with engineers, data scientists, business partners, and Product Managers across Capital One to solve complex problems and create a best-in-class deposit experience for our customers.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

New York, NY : $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
