Job Description

Actalent is seeking a dedicated Superintendent Of Construction to manage tenant improvement and smaller ground-up construction projects ranging from $50K to $5Mil. This role involves managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring costs, scheduling, and solving problems. Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office for documentation and reporting, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tenant improvement and smaller ground-up construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Track the progress of subcontractors and maintain the project schedule.
• Coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specifications.
• Manage field crews including project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendents.
• Ensure quality control and manage project safety.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Implement cost control and job costing, including quantity reporting and forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
