A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who will manage customer relationships and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
Translate customer demand into actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
Manage orders from entry to delivery using ERP and CRM systems while addressing potential issues proactively
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting OEM or distribution customers
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Experience with Salesforce.com and / or Microsoft Dynamics
