[job_card.job_description]Self-scheduled shifts on 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) Includes 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule Minimal holiday rotation with 1 summer and 1 winter holiday Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Adapt to different workflows while maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence. Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience preferred. Flexibility to meet the scheduling requirements detailed above. Receive training in ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities. Engage in professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within our team.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
- Full-time position with 36 hours per week
- Sign-On Bonus of up to $10,000
- Tuition Assistance up to $7,200 and Student Loan Forgiveness up to $20,000
