L3Harris Interstate Electronics Corporation (IEC) is looking for a Senior Specialist, Materials Program Management to support the Range & Test Solutions business area. The Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs while achieving key business results and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions :

• Oversee all phases of program management, from concept to closure
• Serve as primary liaison between Supply Chain Management and other functions for key programs / products
• Manage key supplier performance and relationships
• Lead supplier recovery strategies, communicating critical issues to internal stakeholders with solution-focused actions
• Optimize and manage procurement processes for compliance and efficiency
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedule, budgets, staffing, and other plan elements
• Manage programs to achieve program and business objectives
• Monitor program execution, tracking progress against plans and take corrective actions to course correct as necessary
• Manage risks and opportunities to ensure program success
• Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Provide clear, concise program status updates to both management and customers
• Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
• Lead proposal preparation to support new business opportunities

Qualifications :

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is 104,500-$193,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $ 90,500-$168,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
