Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supports both day-to-day operational functions and core financial activities. This role ensures smooth workflow across departments, maintains accurate financial reporting, and strengthens internal processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational oversight with accounting responsibilities. This position plays a key role in coordinating resources, improving efficiency, and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, accounting, or a blended role. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals preferred. Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). Background in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial documentation preferred. Ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows and support daily operational needs.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vallejo, CA. The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a hybrid position in Vallejo, CA. This position is anticipated to close on Dec 31, 2025.
