DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Route Helpers / Laborers. As a family-owned staffing company, we prioritize connecting talented individuals with reputable organizations. In this role, you will assist delivery drivers by loading and unloading materials, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of products
  • Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the delivery vehicle
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while on the job
  • Participate in maintaining inventory and documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in delivery, labor, or warehouse roles preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
  • Dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work overtime or varied shifts as needed
